Colleague profiles
The model and mode colleagues work with, and who may use them.
At Admin → Colleague profiles create the profiles colleagues work with. A profile is a model and a mode, the way the colleague runs commands:
| Mode | Behaviour |
|---|---|
| Deny | No commands: chat and wiki only |
| Ask | Read-only commands and the command types the person approved for good run at once; the others wait for approval |
| Full access | Commands run without approval; blocked commands stay blocked |
| Yolo | Commands run without approval, blocked ones too |
Each combination of model and mode exists once, and after creation only the name of a profile changes. There is no default profile.
With full access a colleague can change or break servers without anyone approving. In yolo mode nothing is refused, dangerous commands included: grant it only to people who would run those commands themselves.
Creating a profile grants it to nobody. You decide what each person may delegate by granting profiles in Admin → People, yourself included, and a person's colleagues use only the profiles granted to them. When a profile is taken away, the colleagues that use it wait for their owner to choose another one.
